Precision CNC & manual machining, production and prototype. QTM Incorporated provides precision CNC machining as well as conventional manual machining. Our fully equipped machine shop enables us to provide a wide variety of services from CNC milling on our Haas VF4 machining center complete with 4th axis, to CNC lathe work on our Marubeni Citizen lathe equipped with live tooling. We also have other CNC equipment to complement these as well as manual equipment ranging from vertical and horizontal mills to engine lathes and surface grinders.
We offer a wide variety of welding and fabricating services. Our fully equipped welding capabilites range from small medical instruments and mold repairs, to large frame and structural weldments. Our welders are certified in various materials and processes. Materials include Aluminum, Titanium, and Copper; processes include TIG welding, MIG welding, and gas brazing. To complement our welding capabilities, we also have a fully equipped fabrication shop. In addition to our waterjet, we offer CNC bending utilizing an Accurpress 175 ton, 12 ft. press brake, and various other metal fabricating machines. With the combination of waterjet cutting, CNC bending, and precision welding, QTM is able to offer quick turnaround on either prototype or production quantities of virtually any shape. On site welding services are also available.
We offer the fastest, most precise abrasivejet machining services in the industry. With our abrasive jet machining center, we are able to cut virtually any material up to 2" thick, with tolerances as close as +/- .005". We can cut any quantity from a single prototype to full production runs economically due to minimal setup time, and we can cut shapes as large as 55" x 100". Abrasive jet machining offers several advantages over other methods of cutting and machining:

We use SolidWorks and AutoCAD and are able to work with most other modelling and drafting files. Examples of these files include *.iges, *.stp, *.dxf, *.psd, *.ai, *prt, *.ipt, *.par, in addition to many others. Our services include design work, prototyping, and drafting services.
In addition, our in-house engineering group can provide assistance in process development including production equipment design.
